By accessing or purchasing through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, collectors, and customers. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

2. Artwork & Product Information

All prints and products offered on this site are limited-edition or custom-made fine-art pieces produced under the direct supervision of Miller Mobley. Each print is made to order; subtle variations in tone, paper, or finish are inherent to the handcrafted process.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or inventory discrepancy.

4. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and collectible nature of our work, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once placed.

If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact Collector Services within five (5) days of delivery at studio@millermobley.com with detailed photographs of the artwork and its packaging. Verified damages will be addressed with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the continental U.S. and Canada via FedEx. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Miller Mobley Studio is not responsible for delays after dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including photographs, text, design, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Miller Mobley Photography LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No material may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Miller Mobley Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will appear on this page with the revised effective date.
